Nicole Lamar is a Licensed Massage Therapist and holds a bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science from SWOSU (2017) and is a 2018 graduate of OCMT. Nicole began her career working with Division I athletes, gaining valuable experience in athletic recovery and performance.

She spent four years in the spa industry before joining Hurt Craft Deep Tissue, where she has specialized in the Hurt Method for the past two years. Nicole is dedicated to helping clients achieve optimal wellness through deep tissue therapy and individualized care!
